About LEMMings

The members of the LAB LEMMings (Language, Epistemology Metaphysics, and Philosophy of Mind) share converging research interests and have collaborated at various levels in the past, from organizing events and initiatives to co-authoring articles. The LAB LEMMings is a fruit of these collaborations. The main lines of research are the following: Philosophy of Language, Philosophy of Mind, Phenomenology, Metaphysics, Epistemology, Philosophy of Food, Philosophy of Time, Philosophy of Science, and AI Techniques Applied to Philosophical Texts.
The aim of the LAB LEMMings is to facilitate the promotion and dissemination of the scientific activity of the individual members, to intensify their collaboration, and to forge connections within international networks.

The LAB integrates the resources of Culinary Mind: Center for the Philosophy of Food (currently directed by Andrea Borghini) and of the Center for Philosophy of Time (currently coordinated by Giuliano Torrengo).
